Just amazing. If the Rasmussen Daily Tracker is accurate, we may be seeing more backlash than first thought from the attacks on Palin.

That WA might actually be in play is nothing short of amazing. We could really be looking at a landslide in the presidential race. As to the congressional races, I'm glad to take whatever we can get.

Joe, Did you watch Gibson attack Palin on Nightline last night?

We watched it, and I think he really came across as condescending and kind of threatening, rather than as a fair-minded interviewer. My wife likened it back to our grad school days, when the students were being bombarded with questions in oral comp finals.

While she was clearly caught offguard on the "Bush Doctrine" question, the fact that there seems to be some confusion over what exactly it means even amongst news people suggests that most Americans do not know or care themselves.

But Gibson's demeanor was, well, demeaning, I think.

McCain will probably get a few more points out of it ;)

Washington State is a must win or Dems. National Rasmussen tracking jumped +3 from yesterday. Are we seeing the impact of the lipstick on the pig that we were told was irrelevant?

While there is a tightening here like everywhere, Rasmussen is a conservative poller.......WA state is not nearly that close:
