Having Georgia as a member of NATO might very well limit further Russian incursions...nevertheless, she did not advocate going to war except as a last resort.... J.

Ted, Anyone who would advocate Georgia joining NATO after the recent behavior of GA's hot headed president has to have her head examined. And to further embroil the US into a war over the matter borders on the insane. If you didn't notice, all 4 candidates for president and VP are advocating this. I am not too crazy about extending US obligations but one has to consider what Palin said: Well, you know, the Rose Revolution, the Orange Revolution, those actions have showed us that those democratic nations, I believe, deserve to be in NATO. abcnews.go.com I think it is a strong argument.
