As a LBWR shareholder you have heard the same as me.....We have heard repeatedly from the company and dex that money was coming in....revs were growing.....We have heard this for 2 years.....Yet we now see a 70% decline instead of the growth we were told was occuring. That is a pretty big mistake....how does the company explain saying that revs were growing when they fell 70%? Is this sort of like when Dex told us that he expected to complete the uplist in 2006 but it did not happen and he said it again in 2007 and it did not happen and we are now in 2008 and still waiting? Will we still be waiting in 2009? Not me and I know many others that will be out of LBWR if the uplist does not happen fairly soon. And to be honest, I think if the uplist does not happen soon, and knowing several that are ready to sell large positions, I want out before everybody else dumps..as with no support, when large sells go thru, this is likely to drop like a rock.....I am now of the opinion that even if they complete the uplist it will not bring in new buyers. IMO, due to the damage already done to lbwr and the ceo's mistakes, missed deadlines and etc...the only thing that will bring in new buyers is proven factual results that can be seen...In other words, LBWR needs to prove it can GROW NET REVs on a consistant basis and provide consistant growth/gains to shareholders, which lbwr has yet to do since it's inception.I also think Dex has made some very bad mistakes and people will look to see if management is competant or not and imo, dex needs to prove he is competant due to his past mistakes and very poor management decisions and judgement calls.....
