There are at least three issues that lead me to believe that the Obama campaign does not grasp the situation in Ohio.

Unreliable polling
No organized presence in Southern Ohio
No attack strategy against Palin/McCain coupled with a lack of defense of the Obama central theme of change.

You know I don't understand some of the people posting on the Daily Kos. Just three days ago, AC 360 or NBC was in southern OH talking to people in Obama's offices there. Then talking to people on the street. There is an Obama presence there.....more than there is a McCain presence. So I don't get what this guy is saying about that.

In addition, does the author really believe the Obama compaign doesn't recognize that OH is important.

Increasingly, I find there is too much angst and second guessing going on over the Obama campaign. They have gotten this far not on their good looks. I think they are capable of carrying the ball into the end zone in November.
