soviets flooded ukraine, baltic states and other areas with russians. They have lived in these countries for 50 years plus now. Its a problem so the solution needs to be democratic but also federal. They need majority rule but also a bill of rights. I just think we have to pick our battles. I don't trust Putin farther than I can throw him but I do think he is sensitive to the world scene and needs to be included in the economics of the rest of the world now that Russia is more or less a capitalist country. I think we can come to a sensible resolution of the GA mess while strengthening our position in the Ukraine.
