It was a different time. My father was at work when the storm came through. It is something how far weather forecasting has come. We don't notice it today, but it hasn't been that long ago that a storm like this was a shock when it arrived with no real awareness until it was too late. Almost like the Tsunami -- everyone just goes, "WTF?". BTW, Max Mayfield has started up a new business -- slightly broader scope, but based on the communications difficulties during weather and other emergency situations. I think it is good idea although I'm not sure whether it is "taking off" or not. emergency.info
