If refining capacity is knocked out for an extended period, what happens to all the incoming crude supply. Temporary glut, falling crude price and soaring pump prices?

The Houston ship channel has been closed since yesterday to any crude arriving is coming overland in pipelines. I have no ideas how much that is.
