Is Florida leading the way with a decrease (M/M)? And Michigan had a decrease from the previous year.

"Florida ranked second with 44,000 filings, a 4 percent decrease from the previous month and a 30 percent increase from August 2007."

...

"Michigan ranked fourth in filings at 13,605. Defaults decreased 13 percent from a year earlier."
