The trading in small cap energy is pretty crazy. BOGA was a lottery card, but I have looked at PRC's numbers enough to feel fairly comfortable with my modest stake averaged in at 1.50ish.

Not to say it couldn't go lower, but I know they will make money with oil over $70, and their fields have plenty of potential for new discoveries.

BOGA - actually there was a "make whole" provision and Loeb's cost from conversion is much lower, about $.45. Still almost 50% above current price. Of course, he cannot (?) buy more without insider trade reporting. BTW, he sold swaps that makes his fund BOGA-price neutral outside .33-.40 collar. The funny thing, he sold the swap to his own other funds. ;)
