He was bragging about his knowledge of the rape incidence in that region today, coincidentally he was bragging yesterday about how his regular McDonald route goes through that area, and he notes how women don't dare go out because the system of protection is inadequate ... hmmmm???

Yes, liz as you might have guess he traveled through the very town where Palin was Mayor. The McDonalds there is filthy he said. I think that is just his way of insulting the native Alaskan Inuit people.
