Michael, Preventive war is just preemption. Problem is our intel sucked. That was the gift from the previous president. Unfortunately, I doubt there was any improvement under Bush. CIA disasters on 9/11 and poor Iraq intelligence called for a complete house cleaning. It didn't take place... Joe
