Eric, while we're discussing the issue, what about hunting animals from the back of a moving truck? Is that "fair chase"? Seems like a cheap shot to me, pardon the pun.

How about horseback? I personally think that should be OK.

You'll have to pardon my cluelessness. Living here in Southern California, "wildlife" refers to pure-bred dogs running around without a leash, of course. We have rare occasions where mountain lions attack poor humans on hiking and biking trails. Maybe some coyotes that take down dogs in backyards of people's homes. But that's about it.
