also understand that
the expense for filing is one investment

once they up list
they will have an annual (and significant) expense to pay for the filings every year

until they have the revenues to support that additional annual burden
there IS no hurry

but that does not mean they are not a real company ...
perhaps - just realistically prudent

IMO, LBWR is not an investement....it is a gamble. IMO, there are NO PINK SHEET STOCKS that I consider to be an Investement, including LBWR.....IMO, any and all PK's need to prove they are an investement and not a high risk gamble as all pinks are..(and LBWR IS A PINK)...Until LBWR proves it, I will continue to see them as they are...a high risk pink sheet gamble.....

IMO, LBWR has far more risk then many are willing to see.
