The post was a specific answer to the content of screache's post. I have posted I don't agree with the charging for forensic testing to a victim. That isn't the policy now and the Police Chief wanted to bill the "actor" (perpetrator) who committed the crime.

Screach stated in encouraged rape. That is just a falsehood.
