It would be obvious that people practicing the various religions fall outside the group one would consider agnostic - yeah, one wouldn't call the Pope agnostic for that reason.

Your notion that their are two subsets of believers, those who who are agnostic and those who believe that what they believe is provable, boggles my mind

if I'd said that it'd boggle my mind too.
The group you "labeled" believe what they believe is provable actually are those practicing the various religions and don't need the proof
