In this part, I think you're creating a category for a person who believes in God, but not Christ, thus rejects anything Christ said?? Or are you creating a category for people who believe in Christ but find his teachings inedible??

I wasn't creating any categories. My intent was an analogy for Christ's lumping. Atheists are collards and agnostics are kale. That's all that vegetable bit was, just an analogy.

Man, of course, can create all kinds of categories and call himself whatever he
wants.

Eureka!

Consider me the messenger, and we are simply debating the message.

I wasn't debating the message. I have no direct interest in the message. I was challenging your assertion that agnostics aren't a viable category because Christ had merged them in with atheists.

But I think what is implicit in Christ's words is the warning to not be self-deluded by putting ourselves in this man-made construct.

I don't see much utility in that. Believers don't need the warning because they aren't agnostics and agnostics are impervious to the warning.
