Imvho, the evidence seems to suggest (the AF's and current filings) that they are sincere in their efforts to uplist. It's a very difficult, and expensive task, and so I give them lots of latitude in the time that it has taken. All I ask for is progress, and just a look at EDGAR provides much proof that the company has traveled a great distance.

Sincerity of management in pink is a very rare quality. I applaud them for the proof of their effort, and therefore they still have my support after so great a time. Most do not make it near this long.

That's not true. Dexter never said anything that I know of about being a few steps away from uplisting to the BB in 2006. I don't think the company even announced they were starting the uplisting process until 2007 in a press release. So prove your 2006 statement or post a correction. Don't say "I heard it" or any other excuse.
