It doesn't matter if the RNC mocks the community organizer qualification or not. In general, people view it as a positive and admirable accomplishment. I agree that there is some back lash as there should be but it also keeps the question out their for individuals to consider. The question that will be answered at the polls is, does being a community organiser recommend one as presidential. It certainly recommends good character. He has demonstrated that in other ways as well, so he passes that hurdle. His opponents are also decent hard working public servants, in spite of the tongue lashing from their detractors, where the backlash effect has been much more significant. Lacking major scandals sticking to either side so far, we are back to the political issues and platforms.
