I said "if all goes well, then by the end of first quarter." That does not sound like a guarantee to me. It was a timeframe that did not turn out to be realistic. Did Dexter lie to me? No. He just gave what he thought was a best case scenario regarding a topic he really did not know anything about - uplisting. I'm not going to throw Dexter "under the bus" just because we are not on the OTC-BB yet, since there are filings, audited finanicals, and a registration statement at the SEC that proves they are trying.
