Latest electoral map from FiveThirtyEight.com shows
Obama winning back some of the recently lost ground,
presumably aided by the turbulence on Wall Street.

What changed from the Sep 13 to Sep 18?

1. CO flipped from faint pink to light blue.
2. NM went from faint blue to medium blue.
3. The pink in OH, VA, and NV became fainter.

There were other observable changes in the map, but the above are the ones of consequence because they are in the most likely tipping point states.

LEGEND:
Red=McCain ahead
Blue=Obama ahead

Color saturation shows magnitude
of a candidate’s lead in a given state.
