MM, First of all, here's hoping you've inherited your mother's genes--my 103yr old great aunt passed away a couple yrs ago and every family member lives in hope she passed along her longevity to us.<g> As far as Acorn, it's another of Obama's past associations that receives zero scrutiny by the national media. He has never deliberately distanced himself nor condemned ACORN's fraudulent voter registration activity. There's a pattern to Obama's rise to political prominence---Follow that trail and you'll discover it littered with players in Chicago's corrupt political system: Sol Alinsky--he was the radical who wrote the manual Obama used in his community organizing efforts. Alinsky believed the ends justify the means. ACORN has been convicted of voter fraud--the organization followed Alinsky's far left prescription for creating community agitation financed by federal grants. BO has often stated he plans to 'restructure' the US electorate. We must ask ourselves exactly what those words mean--don't depend on the media to find the answer, they've refused for the past two yrs to do that type of in depth reporting. The only reason we learned of radical Rev Wright was due to FOX---the sole news outlet willing to thoroughly vet Barack Obama as a presidential candidate. Tony Rezko--recently convicted of corruption after receiving millions in tax revenue via Obama's political power. He was a large campaign contributor to BO. Bill Ayres--member of the domestic terrorist group called the Weather Underground. When questioned about BO's connection, the Obama campaign responded that the candidate was on friendly terms with Mr Ayers. Ayers has stated in the recent past that his violent group didn't bomb enough entitites of the US government. He hosted Obama fund raisers and is considered one of the earliest and most fervent proponents of BO's state senate campaign. Rev Jermiah Wright--espouses 'black liberation theology' which is Marxism wrapped in the supposed cover of Christianity. Obama considered Wright his spiritual mentor and family friend, UNTIL the so-called reverend's racist hate-mongering was revealed to the public by FOX. Consequently, Jeremiah was thrown under the proverbial bus with all the other shady past associations that Obama attempts to hide. It's an outrage that the vast majority of the national media has refused to investigate Obama's political and financial promoters more thoroughly than with a superficial glimpse into his past. They've been mesmerized by the myth that is Obama. I'll get further specifics for you on ACORN and Obama, if you remain skeptical of his intentions on that score.
