Agreed. I don't think change should be the objective, as posed by Obama's camp. Desired Future Condition is the target we tried to achieve with forest management projects. I think we should do the same with national interests. My sister says 'consistency and continuity' are a problem with the government. I agree, based on my experience. And she should know, having contracted with NSA and other government agencies in order to straighten out their databases.
