It's easiest for me to imagine her lumping all Arabs and Muslims together and stomping the lot of them with her mukluks. I don't see her as a person who values nuance. That's my own personal take. I think it's at least as likely as the "what if" alternative I offered earlier or the Saddam explanation. I can easily picture her wanting to "nuke Mecca." That's a silly, provocative, insulting, and erroneous personal take, unworthy of a thoughtful person such as yourself.
