TF reporting that Leh holdings is going Ch. 11. None of the subsidiaries included. As of 12:30 AM. I guess soem New Yorkers took a day of Sunday derivatives trading in vein.

no. I'm not sure you can file it electronically. Papers say tomorrow before the "markets open" but even that means regular hours. Federal Courts may not open until 9.
