As I understand it, Dave, the portion of the bill appropriate for the youngest kids was to help them protect themselves from sexual predators.

What the McCain ad says is that Obama wants to teach "comprehensive sex education to kindergartners"

Comprehensive being the key and very inaccurate word.

The legislation Obama supported was to teach children to recognize inappropriate advances or touching.

That is a far, far cry from the implications of that ad, which implies full sexual information. Any adult who objects to teaching children about good and bad touching is either incredibly out of touch with the reality of today or nuts.
