The right wingers starting from Bush on down do not know who they are fighting against. All they know is that "it is a Christian inquisition against Islam. On 9/11 Al Qaeda planned strikes against our economy (Twin Towers), our military (Pentagon) and our system of Govt (the failed strike on the Capitol/WH). We failed on the military front. We are still not sure about why we went into Iraq, what our goal was, what constitutes success. That is evidenced by "Mission Accomplished" claims several times. And Osama, Ayman and Mullah Omar are still on the loose. These three should have on the top of the deck of cards which BUsh introduced as a cheap gimmick to go against a "paper tiger" On the economic front it has not been a success either. One collapse after another. The terrorists have achieved their goals. And I wonder what war against terrorism McCain claims he is fighting. And his running mate is following him on the same road to failure. It is try to something new in the war against terrorism.
