Here's the first mention of the companies intention to become a fully reporting company in a PR. It was in 2007 that they got started on the auditing. siliconinvestor.com

No offense intended but I am not wasting time playing games with you anymore....I could go back and post links....just like the last time you asked me for proof, claimed I did not have it, could not provide a link....only to watch me prove it by posting the link..and then you went speechless when I proved myself to be correct and you to be wrong. So, I will not waste any time digging up old links and keep playing this game with you.....I will say this....and I stand by my words. LBWR has been talking about uplisting since their inception. Dex, the CEO told almost anybody that called that they were planning to uplist "SOON"....Now, do you believe what the CEO of a company you are long in and whom you believe to be a very honest person..or do you not believe this CEO?
