HM, Thanks for the kind of answer that makes SI worthwhile ie discipline over dogmatism ... Our terms (interest rates) are typically fixed up to a max of 7 years.. which also makes the situation different..These decisions need to take into account temperament, lifestyle and a host of other issues.. Obviously you are looking at what is best for you. Man's got to know his limitations .. and act accordingly to mitigate same.. Traveling... yeah baby ;o) Spotted Cat ... LOL Get's my vote
