I'm just glad to have sold some of my stocks at a profit this last year. I sold ACLS into the first buyout rumor. I sold ASYT into the last buyout rumor and am considering getting back in but look what happened to ACLS when they said there would be no buyout today. Down 68%!

New all time low of 1.25 for a stock that supposedly has a book value over $4.00 a share:

The worst is over.......

The SOX is 1050 points off its all-time highs. Since I can confidently predict there is no more than 300 points downside left, I believe the worst truly is over.

If you take SOX 550 (the 2004, 2006, and 2007 highs) as your starting point, and SOX 200 (2002 low) as your "worst case", then we are down 235 points, and have at most 115 further downside.
