It does, though, remind me of what W. Buffet said....something to the effect that 'There already IS a war between the classes and the rich are winning it.' Perhaps, but I think it would also be pretty easy to argue that the liberals are winning the culture wars. Slacker

Katelew: I often wonder where a lot of the choices that the PFP project come from and then I look at all the posts on S.I. I am making a big assumption here... But most of the posters on S.I. are not poor. Firstly one has to join unless Grandfathered in. To be able to post every day or have the time to post at all one has to be retired as I am or have a part time job or not need to work. Now all of the above spells Republican to me. All the persons I grew up with and my parents were Republican.. It took me a long time with lots of eye opening as to the walking in the shoes of the others' as I suggested MM do. When one sees all things from a gilded cage and looks down on most things that do not support the financial agenda... big business... and capitalism first as most here do then you know how the hatred of the Dems and Libs is propagated. They are thought of as socialists or, heaven forbid, Communists... Take away what we have. Never . Never .. Life is good for the wealthy but it's the little guy I worry about and the Dems and Obama seemed to have supported this group best. Who knows. I don't own 7 houses. It has nothing to do with the campaign,however. Cindy said so and I disagree. Most Americans now don't even have ONE home... Spare me...
