" But the "Bush Doctrine" does, as Palin suggested"

> Is he implying that pre emption is not an element in the Bush doctrine?

No, never implied that all -- it certainly is a component. But the "Bush Doctrine" does, as Palin suggested, encompass far more than the doctrine of pre-emption, and in its usual sense, it is precisely what Palin referred to it as -- Bush's "world view".

Oh BS. First she fished for the meaning from Gibson and when he wasn't forthcoming, she bullsh*tted her way through the question. We've all done it.....we all know how it goes. Only difference, she did it in front of millions of viewers and it looked pretty bad.
