Except in the courts, particularly the SC, which tips ever more rightward.

I assume your point about the courts is about the political war, not the street-level culture war, which seems to pretty much ignore the machinations of the courts.

As for the court, the personal may tipping rightward, dunno, but until and unless that translates into law, its potential impact on the political war isn't realized.
