Bush doctrine is simple: ISRAEL FIRST! Just look at legislation favoring Israel with billions of tax dollars. The legislation flies through Congress and the Senate with a kosher hop over all committees. When American seniors or veterans try to get legislation passed they have to wade through every sub-committee and committee and then it usually takes several sessions of Congress to bring it to the floor. This clearly show who controls both houses but particularly Republicans with their heavy dose of Christian-Zionist among them.
