Hope previous Post #99249 helps re the $. Oil is $92 this AM and US stocks are being called higher. BIS statistics shown in their recent annual report reveal total market positions of $1200 trillion versus total Global GDP of $75 trillion.Kinda gives you an idea of the leverage out there in the real world.Its because of these kind of #'s that the big institutions are now considered too big to save -they are just too hugely leveraged and their positions are bigger than all the money in the world.
