I just think there is a strong possibility that the market as it appears now is less like October of 2002, or October 1998, which were major bottoms, and more like September of 2001. That means we should be getting an excellent trading opportunity but not necessarily a long term capital gains opportunity. By the way the tremendous discussion on options which you essentially led has made me decide to avoid them altogether for now. I will be watching a number of stocks for short term buy points over the next few days especially if the market continues to erode on declining volume. RtS
