Very astute observation Michael............i agree, The 'Maverick' has by no means shot his large guns yet, to coin a phrase; 'He has a will like an insurgent............

This subject just sits out there ready to explode imho. McCain may be saving it for the home stretch. It's explosive when you consider the implications in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Michigan. Moderates tend to agree killing aborted babies who happen to survive is simply wrong.

Hannity had a woman on his show tonight whose mother tried to abort her. She survived the procedure, and a nurse had her taken to the hospital where she was placed in intensive care. She has cerebral palsy as a result but in other respects is quite normal. She's very religious.

This is a very powerful issue, and this woman is a very powerful spokesperson for the issue.

One of these days, providing care for millions of uninsured children, funding for domestic violence prevention, and other social problems that we know cause long term societal problems will be an "explosive" issue, not abortion.

I'd like to see just some of the righteous fervor devoted to abortion focused on some other issues for a change. Button pushing is a big yawner for me.
