Both McCain and Romney certainly changed their stripes on a lot of issues to run in this election. Romney in my opinion was the better candidate. Would you say he is lying?

In the Republican world, you have to meet certain basic requirements, whether they are your core beliefs or not, else you get about as far as Rudy did. Palin is McCain's substitutional atonement for the areas he does not measure up in. It would appear to be working.

Neal -

I have been thinking that Palin's complicity in and repetitions of distortions of both her record and Obama's seems somewhat un-Christian. But it's not my place to judge that.
