We're in complete agreement about AIG. We'll know their intentions based on what happens w/AIG. Reflate now (attempt) or later....

Commodities coming down and Dollar spiking give them the option to save (attempt) the system now. The usually take the easy route so I'm going to say now.

The were able to sacrifice LEH, but AIG is too critical.

It's still possible they that are saving ammo for later and we'll get a mix. Allow AIG to fall, but save Citi? However the hit would be huge, but maybe enough to create a bottom. Difficult market.

AIG will emerge in good shape.
The Fed may lower Fed Funds to 1%. Something spectacular is needed to counter the gloom.
