Klaser, you must have missed the memo in 1984 or so: the bottom feeders are not supposed to get raises, the lower middle class get 1/2 of inflation, the upper middle class gets the inflation rate, the top tenth gets double inflation, except for the top 4% gets 4x inflation, except the top 1/2 of 1% gets 40x inflation.

So clearly your plan does not meet the criteria for further consideration.

Trickle down, my friend, trickle down.

And so sorry about what's trickling down. It really stinks.

any plan to artificially hold the value of anything at above its real value is plain stoopid. housing needs to come down to long term affordability
