Not much anyone can do about the lawyers. The company brought this on themselves. As we've discussed, the timing was very poor and they've shot themselves in the foot. In the long run, it won't make much difference but its an ugly black eye for a newly formed entity. It will be very interesting to see their results. I'm reading about a lot of projects being put on hold or being pushed out. Lets see if HSTX is seeing the same thing?
