(And the bipartisan majority of 'deregulators' that for years now allowed Fannie and Freddie to get away with 50 to 1 leverage and an 'implicit' government guarantee. <GGG>)

Nothing worse then "Private Profits and PUBLIC Losses"....

Otherwise known as the corporate mantra of When we win... the profits are all ours, but when the lose... the losses are all the public's problem.

And, as long as you are getting around to it... don't forget to THANK Sens. Gramm, Dodd, Lieberman, and Rubin and Greenspan for removing the firewall in Glass Steagal that had protected our financial markets since the Great Depression.... :-(
