conservatorship might be the way to go, not only for the 85 bil we the people are putting up.

and since it seems they and many companies fit this bill right now:

2: a person, official, or institution designated to take over and protect the interests of an incompetent (tho to be fair, perhaps they have been very competent at lining the pockets of a few)
3: an official charged with the protection of something affecting public welfare and interests

85B and still the levies aren't done in New Orleans. and the Texas coast is in need of serious and expensive work. bridges and levies all over the country to work on. the unbelievable becomes 'normal'. but i reckon another major co going down is worth the money if it actually protects the average (that 99% of us) american? sure be nice to see a lil return on the 'investment'.
