Agreed from my quick reading. And I like that we might actually get some return on our dollar this time around, or at least lose less. And, no, i don't think letting it go under was an option right now.

and I perhaps shouldn't have used the greed and incompetence re AIG. They are as likely caught by the mess of others even if themselves were running a good biz. They were never on my radar until the last few days so idea really on the level of the people running it.
