The Bush-McCain rightwing is 99% responsible. And must go down. Today was a terrible day for McCain-Palin. In a single flash they are, in effect, finished. Not even Karl Rove's cheating and vote-stealing will make the difference. I think they will probably resort to racist smears as their last dying gasp. But it will still be fairly close simply because 30% or more of this country is mentally ill.
