You could be very right. I have most everything I want to see here for a market bottom and I am having trouble pulling the trigger on any buys. If the SEC actually enforces delivery on shares sold short then the market could easily see a 2002 type bottom.

Fear of that alone could produce a 90% upside day tomorrow.

I have some thinking and perhaps acting to do.

Haven't seen GE this cheap for many years.
Immelt bought in the high $20s or low $30s
about 6 months ago, IIRC.
