yes they are. There hasn't been much in the way of hiring in the valley for years, and this year was the first year it because completely unfeasible to hire offshore. In fact all those indian jobs need to be pulled back in, many of them will just go away of course but the giant sucking sound is subsiding.

U.S. Senate deal on ten year extension of the Renewable Energy Tax Credit. House is already on board. Not sure about the President. This could be big for some renewable stocks. Check out what EMKR is doing today.
