back on the home front... one of my friends(yes, I actually have one or two -g-) was doing a fsbo on a lot in Kehei. BOH signed off on the loan last friday, set to record yesterday. Monday a.m. they pulled the loan w/o explanation. The buyer got another lender to shop the file and close it. My bud feels like he won the $290,000 lottery. -vbg- fyi, nothing is moving in Kehei. He dumped 2 of the 3 lots he still held. The sale yesterday being over a 100k less than any other listed lot. And BOH wouldn't touch close it despite a solid appraisal. There be sand in the gears. Watch out for flying wheels.
