It appears that SCC and SSG, two sector ultra shorts, had a halt to trading today.

SKF financial ultrashort - up 16%

Also, 3 month US Treausry Bills - interest rate went so low today it was acutually NEGATIVE.

Rate at the close about 0.07 %

last time this happended was 1931-32.
