(Actually though --- I've always believed, and I still do, that the "Bush Doctrine" was one of the very best things that President Bush ever did in the area of national security policy!)

I can't conceive of any better way to approach the problem of 'terrorism' then that: holding nations ACCOUNTABLE when they protect it.
