McCain-Palin will straighten out this crimp to capitalism. Some regulations are fine--but the new purchases will need to be weaned back to independence. Fannie/Freddie should be replaced by a completely private company. It has merely been used as Democrats' re-election piggy bank and to fill the corrupt pockets of quite a few Dems who are Obama's closest campaign advisers--like Franklin Raines.
